Bello Water is a sustainable beverage company that developed an intelligent countertop water infuser. They specialize in “clean-label” hydration, providing sugar-free, all-natural infusions that eliminate the need for single-use plastic bottles.
What challenges were you facing?
Before using Food Label Maker, we’d spend a lot of time creating Nutrition Labels especially if we want to modify a recipe. I’d have to always go back and recalculate the nutrition facts values and it was very time-consuming. Now, I can easily test new recipe variations and the nutrition label shows right away so I’ll instantly be able to decide if it works or not.

What specific features do you find valuable?
We found many features valuable but the main ones would be the Nutrition Breakdown. We get a detailed analysis in real-time and if we change any small part of our recipe such as the density for a zero-calorie drink, a new nutrition label is generated instantly.
We also have our eye on the Cost Analysis feature a lot and want to use it more regularly. We still use manual sheets but we’re slowly finding it very tedious and time-consuming.
The team is also great at taking in feedback and listening to what customers are looking for. I remember asking about Supplements Facts Labels a while back and I was told the team will consider it and look into it. Fast forward to today, it’s a live feature! Incredible!
