After earning her BSc in Nutrition & Dietetics in 2018, Mounya completed her clinical dietetics internship , where she gained hands-on experience in applied nutrition, dietary analysis, and evidence-based practice.
While grounded in clinical nutrition, she discovered a strong interest in communication and education, leading her to pivot into digital content and brand strategy.
